We are a premium real estate consulting and training company. We are looking to hire a VA that can fill a long-term role.
Duties and responsibilities include:
-Onboarding New Clients
- Send Contracts to New Users
- Send Assessments to New Users
- Setup user accounts (username/passwords)
- Send user account information
- Call Client for an Introductory Call and teach them how to use system
- Courtesy calls to existing clients to see if they have any questions
- Encouraging existing clients to continue scheduling appointments
-Respond to questions and requests for information.
-Organize and schedule appointments.
-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
-Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
-Maintain and update CRM regularly with data/information
-Maintain Coaching Services contact database.
-Research and book travel arrangements as needed with Concierge Coordinator.
-Submit and reconcile expense reports.
-Provide general support to visitors.
-Attendance and on-time reporting.
-Maintains compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures.
-Participates in proactive efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
-Works effectively and communicates clearly with other employees.
-Handles changing deadlines and priorities.
-Reviews work for accuracy, completeness and proper authority.
-Other duties as assigned.

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
Must be able to collaborate effectively to obtain desired results
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must be organized, punctual and responsible
Must be empathetic to the clients’ point of view without compromising company policy
Must have excellent customer-facing skills with regards to telephone and written communication skills
Ability to up-sell, understand how to discover client needs, listen for customer cues interest in or need for new product enhancements.
Ability to exercise judgment and work independently
