JOB: ROMANIAN Administrator of an Online Store

ADMINISTRATOR OF AN ONLINE STORE We are looking to for an administrator of an online shop. The candidate has to speak native Romania and be able to speak in English. The communication with customers will be entirely in Romanian. English is only required to be able to communicate with the management and team members. Position: FULL TIME Work time: Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 Working place: from home You will be responsible for: Receiving orders by phone and email Processing orders in the system of online store Providing excellent customer service by phone and email Receiving and dealing with complaints Communicating with shipping agents when necessary Translating of texts related to maintenance and the promotion of online store Managing a Facebook fan page, posting pictures and answering messages Requirements: Excellent communication skills Excellent knowledge of Hungarian language - written and spoken Excellent computer literacy Good knowledge of written and spoken English (needed for communication with management and team members) Ability to work well in a small team and manage own time well Prior experience working as a customer service or communicating with customers on the phone will be considered as an advantage The candidate will work from home and therefore he/she will need to have a: - Computer and Internet - Smartphone and Mobile Internet What we offer: A competitive salary - Opportunity to work for an international company - Opportunity to work from home and manage your own time well For your application we need: - CV in English - Current photo of yourself - Motivation to learn and achieve
