I run a professional-development company that specialises in job training and placement programmes for the Information Technology, Healthcare and Finance sectors. My immediate goal is to secure 30 confirmed enrolments (signed agreements with payment or employer purchase orders) within the next 30 days. You will own the entire business-development cycle: prospect identification, outreach, consultative pitching of our training pathways, objection handling and final closing. Warm leads are limited, so I’m counting on your network, research skills and creative campaigns—LinkedIn, email sequences, referral partnerships, phone calls, whatever works—to consistently fill the pipeline and convert. Key Deliverables • 30 closed enrolments in 30 days, tracked in a shared sheet with contact details and timestamps • Weekly progress report summarising prospects contacted, stage of each deal and next actions • Handover of all prospect data (notes, call recordings, email templates) so my internal team can follow up for onboarding Acceptance Criteria A closing is recognised only when the prospect has signed our standard agreement and the initial invoice is settled.
