Selected individuals will report directly to the founder and be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects and signing new brand marketers to the marketplace platform where a Campaign Manager will take over.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
• Conveying strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate our unique value proposition
• Owning the entire process, from identifying prospects, speaking with key decision-makers, pitching our value proposition, closing deals and onboarding to the marketplace platform
• Building relationships with brand marketers
• Managing and forecasting the sales pipeline
• Meeting monthly sales goals
The Ideal Candidate
• Is an outgoing people-person
• Is highly motivated by the opportunity for uncapped earnings and success
• Has at least one year of experience in commission-based sales (or otherwise a proven personality)
• Has a track record at establishing, achieving and exceeding measurable goals in a sales environment
• Has a willingness to learn, grow, adapt and think laterally
• Is self-motivated and a highly ambitious self-starter who is detail orientated, organised and flexible
• Has excellent written, verbal and communication skills
• Has a passion for sales and lead generation and for learning and creating business opportunities while wanting to make a real difference
• Has proven experience in a remote role (if applicable)
It Would Be a Bonus If You Had
• B2B sales experience
• Experience in an online marketplace or SaaS/software sales
• Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems
• Knowledge of current social media trends
