Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed. (5) Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets. (6) Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates. (7) Oversee cleanings to ensure smooth operations. (8) Follow up with clients post-cleaning to convert one-time clients into repeat customers, resolving any issues with top-notch customer service.
