We're looking to add a highly skilled Sales & Customer Service Professional to join our growing team. The successful candidate must be able to work 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - Pacific Standard Time. *Candidates must be based in the Philippines, others will not be considered.* REQUIREMENTS: - Stable Internet connection - Quiet, dedicated work station - Punctual, reliable & dependable - Ability to work with limited supervision - Willing to work overtime when required KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Engaging with customers over Phone, Email, Live Chat & Social Media - Monitoring jobs from beginning to end to make sure they go smoothly - Promoting our services in a persuasive yet empathetic manner - Following-up with leads to convert them to paying customers - Executing projects as assigned by Owner IDEAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: - Proven experience in Customer Service and/or Sales - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Proactive & independent work ethic - Highly persuasive & able to handle objections - Quick problem-solving skills COMPENSATION: - Hourly rate plus commission To apply, please indicate your ideal Hourly Rate in your proposal including why you'd be a fit for this position.
