What You’ll Do Reach out to HR professionals, startups, and business owners to introduce HireZapp. Understand our plans & pricing deeply so you can explain the value clearly. Nurture leads and convert them into paying customers. Collaborate with the team to refine pitches, sales material, and outreach strategy. Maintain lead records and sales pipeline using our tools. What’s in It for You Commission Earnings: First ₹30,000 in sales: 15% commission. ₹30,000–₹1 lakh in sales: 20% commission. Above ₹1 lakh in sales: 25% commission. Skill Growth: Sales, negotiation, networking, communication, and CRM usage. Portfolio Value: Show future employers or clients you’ve closed real sales for a tech product. Networking: Connect with founders, recruiters, and business leaders. Mentorship: Guidance directly from the founders on sales and growth strategies.
