Seeking one person: Full time: Bilingual Customer Service/Sales/Warehousing

$12/hr to start plus over time and annual Christmas bonus
45 hour work week. (40 regular+5hrs overtime)(Often extra additional overtime)
Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
No “official” lunch break, eat lunch when free time or someone covers for you

• Building customer relationships sales mentality
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Will assist with receiving shipments in warehouse, preparing outgoing packages, etc in addition to showroom and office tasks
• Team oriented
• Email, faxing, phones, basic computer skills
Training period: Answering phones, stocking shelves in showroom, checking in inventory shipments to learn products, packing outgoing shipments, helping check in orders, talking to customers, keeping showroom organized, emailing and faxing.
Post Training: All above tasks, sales, customer service, invoicing orders and sales in computer system, open and close store when senior members cannot, attending classes on-site for advanced product knowledge training, making discount and customer credit decisions.
We will train in all aspects of the job.
