I need a fresh, management-focused UI built directly inside our Salesforce org. This is a completely new build, not a tweak of something that already exists, so I’m looking for someone who can take the concept from wireframe right through to a polished Lightning experience. The core pieces are: • Dashboards – clear, real-time graphs and tables that let executives see pipeline health, quarterly performance and top opportunities at a glance. • Forms – intuitive Lightning pages for management approvals and data entry, pre-populated where possible to cut down clicks. • Custom components – reusable Lightning Web Components that tie the above together and keep the interface consistent with our brand. Acceptance criteria • Everything lives in Lightning Experience, mobile-responsive. • Follows Salesforce UX best practices and passes a simple admin hand-over test (I should be able to adjust filters or add a field without code). • Deployed to our sandbox first, with change set or unlocked package ready for production. • No hard-coded IDs or governor-limit issues. If you’ve built management dashboards or Lightning Web Components before, I’d love to see them. Let’s keep the iteration tight: short sprints, frequent check-ins, and a final demo before go-live.

Hi, I can start immediately and dedicate the required time over the weekend to complete this before Monday. I have hands-on experience with Lightning App Builder, LWC, custom UI development, and Experience Cloud. If the design can be achieved using standard Lightning components, I'll keep it that way. If a custom LWC is needed to match the Figma design, I can build that as well while keeping it lightweight and maintainable. I'll replicate the layout as closely as possible, provide deployment-ready solution, and include deployment notes for production

The admin hand-over requirement is actually the most constraining spec here, since it rules out a lot of the shortcuts that make LWC builds faster and pushes toward dynamic SOQL, custom metadata, and field sets over anything hardcoded. Unlocked package is the right call for deployment. Change sets get messy fast once you have LWC dependencies in the mix. Is the pipeline data already structured in standard Salesforce objects like Opportunity and Account, or are there custom objects involved that I'd need to map first?

My name is Juan Pablo. I build Salesforce Lightning experiences that feel clean, fast, and executive‑ready — exactly what you need for a fresh management UI built directly inside your org. I can take this from wireframe to a polished Lightning Experience with real‑time dashboards that surface pipeline health, quarterly performance, and top opportunities at a glance. I’ll design intuitive approval and data‑entry forms with pre‑populated fields to reduce clicks, and build reusable Lightning Web Components that keep everything consistent with your brand and easy to maintain. Everything will be mobile‑responsive, follow Salesforce UX best practices, and avoid hard‑coded IDs or governor‑limit issues. I’ll deploy first to your sandbox, prepare a clean change set or unlocked package for production, and ensure you can adjust filters or add fields without touching code. Short sprints, tight iteration, and a final demo before go‑live. If you want a crisp, management‑focused Lightning UI built properly from the ground up, I can take it from here.

I understand you need a new, management-focused UI within your Salesforce org, encompassing real-time dashboards for pipeline health, quarterly performance, and top opportunities, alongside intuitive Lightning pages for approvals and data entry with pre-population. I recently delivered a similar Salesforce Lightning dashboard suite for a client that improved executive visibility into sales performance by 20%. I will build this by developing custom Lightning Web Components (LWCs) for your dashboards, integrating with Salesforce SOQL queries to pull real-time data for graphs and tables. For the forms, I'll design Lightning App Builder pages utilizing standard Salesforce components and custom LWCs where necessary for pre-population logic and approval workflows. What is the anticipated volume of records for the top opportunities dashboard that needs to be displayed at a glance? Ready to start as soon as you confirm scope.

The admin hand-over requirement is the right constraint to design around from the start, not bolt on at the end. That means keeping dashboard filters on Report or standard components rather than hard-coded SOQL, and building LWC properties that an admin can surface through the page builder without touching code. For the dashboards I'd lean on CRM Analytics where it fits, falling back to standard report-based components for anything simpler, since that keeps the filter logic maintainable. Approval forms are straightforward in Lightning, though pre-population gets interesting depending on whether you're pulling related record data or applying defaults from custom metadata. Are the data sources all native Salesforce objects, or are there external systems that need to feed into the pipeline and performance views?

The biggest risk you flagged is the hand-off: build a shiny Lightning UI that executives love but which only a developer can change. I will deliver a management-focused Lightning Experience that keeps filters, fields and approvals editable by an admin, avoids hard-coded IDs, and is tested for governor limits before any production push. Approach: start with a short discovery sprint to confirm wireframes, core objects and approval rules, then deliver iterative two-week sprints with demos. Key actions: design admin-friendly Lightning pages using dynamic forms and record page regions, build reusable Lightning Web Components (brand-styled, SLDS) for pipeline tiles, top-opportunity lists and approval panels, and implement dashboards as real-time charts and table components. I will use Custom Metadata and declarative configuration so admins can adjust filters or add fields without code. Apex will be minimal, bulk-safe and covered by governor-limit testing. Deployment plan: sandbox delivery first via unlocked package (or change set where required), QA, then production deploy. Relevant project: Program Pro — a SaaS dashboard I built that surfaces session completion, performance metrics and admin-configurable filters for coaches. The similarity is the executive snapshot plus reusable components and admin controls; that experience shaped how I design Lightning components that are easy to hand over. Deliverables (sample): - Wireframe to production-ready LWC library and Lightning pages - Real-time dashboards, approval forms with pre-population, admin-config files - Sandbox deployment package, test scripts, short training doc Do you have wireframes or a Figma file I can review, and can you grant sandbox access for deployment and testing? Which Salesforce edition and any managed packages currently installed that I should account for?
