Electronic Control Circuit Review

I have completed the first-pass schematic for a microcontroller-based control system and need a sharp set of eyes to evaluate it before I move on to layout. The file is already organised, legible, and annotated; what I’m looking for is an experienced circuit designer who can spot weak points and suggest practical improvements. Scope of the review • Verify that power rails, decoupling, reset circuitry, programming headers, and signal lines follow best practice for microcontroller designs. • Identify any component value mismatches or footprints that could cause manufacturing issues. • Check that protection, filtering, and isolation are adequate for a control-system environment. • Flag anything that might create EMI/EMC, thermal, or reliability concerns in production. Deliverables 1. An annotated PDF (or similar) of the schematic with clear comments. 2. A concise report summarising critical findings, recommended changes, and any optional enhancements. Acceptance The work is complete when every page of the schematic has been reviewed, comments are unambiguous, and I can trace each recommendation back to a specific net or component reference.
