Hi im looking a IT company customer online crm and ticketing system to link with my website (must be able to be recieve client data via our contact form and create a tickets and save customer adress data. this must be tailored and branded to us and all source files sent. we are looking to spend no more then $100
Data base flow needed.
1. Customer goes to our contact page or quote page.
2 Customer fills in a form on the page.
3. Data gets sent to the database and stored.
4 An email then gets sent to the user with and a ticket id and to us.
5 We log in and look a the ticket, we need to be able to search by name, email address, ticket number, or postcode.
6. We reply to the ticket and fix the problem, the customer gets an email we get an email informing the ticket is closed.
7. Each account must have its own record of replys sent to the customer and also notes and must also store all the address and phone details stored in the customer account. this must all be stored in the online database and there must not be a database size limit.

the customer must be able to track their tickets online and get a status.
