I looked at your website, and possibly "what's missing" is not what you cant see. This website looks just like every other OsCommerce website out there, that you can download for free. The OsCommerce websites are a great tool to have, but harder to customize. Your current website also has java errors. I use several Internet aoolications (Internet Explorer 6 and up, Foxfire & Mozilla etc) to test website compatibility. Your website does not work with the older Internet Explorer browsers. These browsers are usually found on older operating systems (pre Windows XP). YOur site is neat and simple. A few minor changes in background and layout will make it look more effective. Homepage, Magazines and Parts need to be tweaked. I can do this is in 2 days :).
