Power Graphic Designer

Hello, I have a website that was getting completed but the worker had to stop so I need a graphic designer that will fill in his spot. The website is pretty much complete, all you need to do is redo the homepage to make it easier to navigate and to take care of the link pages which will all look like the homepage, would need a wordpress blog installed, 3 flash banner ads to help promote the site, a membership card image, and that’s about it from your part. Please read the attachments before bidding. The content for the pages is already laid out and need someone who can work quickly, effectively, and most importantly who have good communication. Here is the website currently and will go some slight renovation: www.yrey.com. Need the winner to be ready when they win so we can communicate get things figured out, and get rolling. Requirements ~If your time zone is different from mines, I need you to temporarily adjust it to est and be available for 9:00-11:00 am est but it shouldn’t require that much time. ~Be able to call me and IM me with AIM during this time frame. ~Get the job done three days from the starting day. ~NEED to show portfolio, people who don’t will not be eligible for participating in this project. ~Need to have effective communication
