Excel Spreadsheet macro/charts

This will be a document that people can download from our website and use on their computer, so it should interactive. I am wondering if you can set this up to create charts to show people their progress. I am just not sure how we would set that up. People can obviously just look at the week to week but if they want to do an overview of everything it would be cool to have a way of them clicking something that would create a chart that explains their mood progress or their progress taking medication. Does that make sense? Basically if you good in Excel Macros and Charts you can handle this. No Bids over $30 is considered
