Automate file uploads into Litmos

I have a database of 750 course modules that need to be loaded into the Litmos LMS. Litmos does not support loading these modules via API. Instead a user has to manually use the interface to upload them. I want to automate this. The user files are available via Google Drive, and I have the download URL for each file. However the Litmos upload feature expects you to upload from the file system via the file explorer. I need this process automated. If it is implemented as a REST API, then knowledge of AirTable is unnecessary. I would run an Integromat script that would cycle through the database, providing the parameters required. I would like it to report out success or errors as well, so I can ensure successful execution and track and resolve any issues. I have all of the files databased in Airtable. I want to automate this process, driven from the Airtable database. Because I use Integromat, I would like this implemented as a callable script that I can invoke from Integromat as a REST API invokation of Selenium. Then, when rows are added to the database, I can build the course modules into the course automatically.
