Only experienced, professional SEO need to apply. I have done all of the link building exercises personally, so I know what it entails and I know how to check on all work to ensure no scams. I simply do not have the time to do this myself and need someone with attention to detail, understands proper English and Grammar and will spend the time to understand the site, competitors and purpose of the site. You must be highly ranked on Scriptlance, and have successfully completed at least ten projects with high rankings. You must have your own access to Metafilter, high quality article directories, article spinning software (ie: Magic Article Writer, etc.), access to other directories etc..etc. NO USE OF FREE ONLINE ARTICLE SPINNERS TO BE USED AND NO MASS DIRECTORY SUBMISSION TOOLS. ALL SUBMISSION MUST BE MANUAL.

40 contextual themed one-way backlinks from c-class ISPs (10 per week)
40 Unique Do-Follow Guest blog (approved) comments from relevant blogs, comments must be at least 50 words or more. (10 per week)
40 Unique Do-Follow-forum (approved) posts in relevant forums (10 per week)
40 Do-Follow Social Bookmarking submissions (10 per week)
100 High PR (4 or higher) link directory submissions (25 per week)
4 Metafilter unique link submissions referring to one of the four landing pages (one per week)

Monthly Maintenance (separate quotes) must be competitive around $100.

Each spun article must pass must pass Copyscape or other similar quality check to ensure spun article do not trigger duplicate content penalties or are recognized by Google as duplicate content.
Only submitting articles to the top few directories (not hundreds or thousands.)
- Not pointing all the links to the root (homepage) of the site… deep link all the main pages and some to the blog.
NOTES:
I have a list of links and directories already submitted to, I will provide the list to ensure there is not duplication of link building.
Weekly reports must be provided with spreadsheets show the submitted activities for the entire link building campaign
I put 50% in Escrow and release the 50% every two weeks and put the other half in escrow for the next two weeks (for the monthly maintenance).
I have a list of 8-12 Keywords/Key Phrases that must be rotated through.
