102975 SEO'er Needed for Golf Travel

We at GolfFams are looking for a SEOing person to help us finish up our SoftOpening Stage so we can get to the profits making stage soon. We have over 9 months in building this whole System in Joomla and very proud of it...

This is a Travel based - Travel Agent and Golf Travel based website. Unique and never created before. We already have alot of Golf Resorts world wide, starting to work with us and haven't yet opened to the Travel agent world, but have close to 30,000 emails to kick off with and Press Releases as well.

We have a marketing person that is doing online email marketing but we really need extra help in keeping us safe from banning, black hat problems with SEOing and all. We want to do things right only and grow organically and use your services to help make others in certain niche markets open to doing business with us. We are seeking to change templates and looks somewhat to make the site lighter weight, more SE friendly - better SEOing possiblities as well. We already hold a number of top 10 positions and still growing. We are only looking for long term - not someone to come and then just quit the next day or week - since most of the work is already done.

We are not seeking a salary person or paycheck minded person - but rather someone that sees the benefits we offer in a residual income base... Would be alot more money than a paycheck soon anyway. We hope to be in Profits in January 2007 - 6 weeks from now. We have a plan to have our Grand Opening then. Alot of Major Golf Magazines will be writing us up as well as many free trips offered.

As far as price, cost, pay, and such, as stated above - we are not into paychecks yet since we have built 95% of this ourselves. You will start at a % cut and that will increase if you prove to be very good, and can decrease if you don't do so well. We have a very high level of integrity out here already and a few Resorts will back this up.

Knowing the Travel or Travel Agents & Golf Related Industries are a big plus. Also please type in the retun posting "I Read this Message Fully" - or we will just figure you are giving us a generic answer back - which will just be ignored - no offense.

Please contact ASAP, as a decision on someone will be made this week. We do expect you to keep paying jobs yourself so you can pay your bills until we have money income very soon. This is a sure thing, we have done the work and it is working already - we just need the help to finish it up now.
