Description of the role:
I am looking for a virtual assistant who will work full time for my company. My company is an internet based start-up specializing in luxury business fashion for men. I have been working on the project for number of months and I intend to launch the business in about 2-3 months. During this period you would be involved in a variety of tasks such finding right images for the website, music, marketing and research etc. When I launch the project 2-3 months later you would be given an opportunity to work as a full-time customer service representative responding customer emails and chat. The bonus payments for quality results are part of the job.
-internet research, e.g. pictures and text gathering and editing
-content and article writing
-social media registration
- picture editing
-contribution of ideas
-full-time employment (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) during the hours usual in your time zone.
- Being able to write in excellent English with attention to grammar and spelling. Your English must be outstanding with the ability to write engaging content for the web site.
-outstanding command of computer
-excellent and efficient web browsing skills
-excellent knowledge of a user interface of Facebook, Twitter and other social sites is a must
-Ability to researchand learn quickly about the male fashion
-Photoshop editing skills and knowledge of sources to obtain free or low cost images
-basic HTML skills
-proficient in Microsoft Word
-attention to detail
-project management experience
-‘can do’ mentality and drive to succeed
-ability to work without supervision
-creative mind with a design aptitude
-team working ability
-intention to work long-term
-significant previous experience is a necessity
Skills that are plus:
-video editing experience
-graphical design experience
-fast internet connection
-picture editing software
-two week probation period (paid), then 2 -3 months
-excellent candidate will have an opportunity to be employed full-time as a customer service advisor after the project is launched
-once a week or per your requirements
-bonus payments during the project will be disclosed during the employment and will be based on your performance
- bonus payments after the launch of the project will be calculated as a % of profit (highly motivating amount)
-supervisory position of other customer advisors once the project is launched (higher salary)

Please note that you are not required to have any extensive IT knowledge. Excellent writing skills and perfect English are key. If you command Photoshop well you have a big advantage however I consider all outstanding candidates as the photoshop part of the job is only short-term and a very small part of the job.
