My company is a recently formed conservative-oriented media technology and content development group. I am currently seeking 2-3 Internet Video editors to help edit and categorize specific internet video content. Those interested should have basic media sourcing and editing skills including:
Experience in searching for and finding specific video content on the Internet;
Experience extracting specific sections of that content;
Experience tagging content based on a pre-determined set of keywords;
Experience loading content into online database with all metadata attached;
Ability to make simple edits in media files as well as a knowledge of various formats including .flv, .mov, .mpeg, etc. and how to convert between them.
The ideal people would be extremely passionate about political causes. This effort would require 3-4 hours per week, although more would be preferred. The position could lead to significantly greater involvement in the parent company. Immediate start. Can be located anywhere in the U.S.
This role would initially be on an unpaid/internship basis (although some compensation can be negotiated). In exchange for your efforts, I will teach and mentor you regarding business, finance, politics and other areas of interest. The position could lead to significantly greater involvement in parent company.

He is the founder and CEO of two Silicon-Valley start-up companies in the areas of telecommunications and social networking, the second of which was acquired by Yahoo, where the Java/J2ME based software he developed (US Patent Number 7,545,784) is expected to comprise a core element of their next-generation mobile offering. Mr. Mgrdechian holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and author of two books.
