Job Description:
The Ortus Club is looking for a meticulous and highly experienced SEO Content Manager to join our team. As an SEO content manager, you are expected to research, plan, create, and edit SEO copy and content. We are looking for someone who creates content fast and ranks high, with an editorial background, strong attention to detail, and vast knowledge of SEO.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Write, proofread, and edit pieces of event content, curated insights and blog posts
• Conduct thorough keyword research and identify keywords with high-ranking potential
• Analyse competitors and identify content gaps
• Conduct content audits to evaluate current content marketing strategy, identify areas for improvements, and develop the new strategy accordingly
• Create and manage detailed content calendars
• Apply keyword research to edit page titles and meta descriptions & periodic SEO audits
• Optimise with target keywords and organise the content structure to be friendly to both users and search engines
• Stay up to date with the recent trends in digital marketing, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology to come up with new opportunities and strategies
• Meet with the content team to ideate and define content goals and create the content strategy
• Collaborate with external as well as in-house writing teams to produce top-notch content
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in content marketing or SEO content writing
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Degree in Marketing, Journalism or other relevant fields
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as ahref, semrush or ubersuggest
• Exceptional time management skills
• Impeccable writing and editing skills, a great eye for detail, and a high bar for quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good knowledge of AI apps, content platforms and PR strategies
• Knowledge of other languages, Google Analytics or WordPress is a plus
