If you’re a highly experienced link builder who can look at the big picture of a business growth strategy, identify outreach opportunities per specific client/niche, experience scaling up link building efforts, and then optimize and report on what you’ve done, we’d love to talk with you about joining our team of business growth strategists.

What you’ll be doing
Building a scalable and repeatable link-building process.
Working with our development & design teams to create content that attracts links.
Establishing relationships with media outlets.
Expanding link-building efforts via new strategies.
Throughout this process, no one will be holding your hand. It will be your responsibility to get client input, learn the client’s best customers, and put yourself in the shoes of a potential buyer to create a great strategy that will get results.
Who you’ll be working with
Our team is made up of experienced designers, programmers, SEO Experts, business growth consultants, conversion optimization specialists, writers, and more.
This is why we’re looking for someone who can research keywords, creating audiences, define a content strategy, analyze analytics, and build up our domain authority.
We need someone with a very large resume. We aren’t looking for an entry level individual for this position. We’re going to expect you to be fast at what you do and incredibly focused on attention to detail. To succeed, you’ll need to...
Generate link building strategies that help to facilitate that goal. Many times these businesses will have products, services, and models you have never heard of.
Be comfortable with multitasking and working on many projects at once, switching gears regularly.
Have a desire to collaborate with other experts on the team.
Possess an amazing attention to detail.
Be a well spoken and confident communicator that can clearly articulate business goals and objectives.
Be a creative problem solver, possess a strong self-confidence, and have a natural ability to work under pressure.
Have proven strong project management and time management skills.
Have an advanced understanding of:
Link building methods (guest posting, niche edits, backlinko, etc.)
Content creation to attract links
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.
Have a strong desire to learn and get better. You’ll be responsible for self educating on new strategies, new platforms, etc.
Constantly increase your efficiency by demoing new tools, and staying on top of the industry.
Be passionate about and have a desire and capability to successfully make decisions independently and confidently.
Possess a desire to learn new software and strategies being used in the market.
Be able to travel a few weeks out of the year, if need be.
It is required that you have at least 2 years of experience link building for businesses and executing on those strategies. It will be important for us to see examples.
