Link building for italian site

This is a project that we'll also use to find and test an experienced link builder.
So if you are an experienced link builder and we'll be satisfied about your work,
we could start a long collaboration.
For this specific project my company needs at least 50 QUALITY links from good sources
for a site in ITALIAN language. The topic of the site is: domestic boilers.
The links have to be placed gradually, in not less then one month.
Here are the guidelines for the project.
LINK REQUIREMENTS [READ CAREFULLY]:
- only one-way manual links
- link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable
- linked sites and pages must be search engine friendly
- all the sites must be already indexed (in Google)
- at least 50% of the pages must be already indexed (in Google)
- the pages on wich the links will be placed must have no more than 10 external links (links pointing to other sites)
- the pages must have text content at least in proportion to the number of outgoing links (not less than 360 characters for every link (in average))
- at least 70% from sites in italian language
- at least 20% from related topic sites
- at least 70% dofollow and no "noindex" (links and pages)
- at least 10 different Class-C IP in total
- no more then 25% from article marketing and press realease sites
- no more then 25% from forum and blog comments
- no directories, no ping sites, no link farms, spam sites
- no adult sites, no game sites or any site with black hat/ gray hat content/topics
- no more then one link from the same IP
- no [url removed, login to view] blocking
- no links from under construction pages
- no social bookmarking sites, like StumbleUpon and so on
- no link exchange programs or web rings such as [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] etc.
- no rented links
- no scraped content or automatically created content of any type
- no mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, ads, sponsored links, intrusive advertising, classified sites, labeled links, etc.
- no subdomains, back links must be on a www
- no any low quality page for link building (you know...)
In other words we are only inetrested in a HIGH QUALITY link building work, and we'll refuse to accept your work if it will not be HIGH LEVEL.
And if you are an experienced link builder, as we require, you know what a high quality link building is.
REPORTING:
- weekly report in Excel (to the e-mail address we'll provide you) with:
1 - url of the page where the links have been placed
2 - anchor text used
You have two options:
1 - you can firstly give us the list of the urls where the links will be placed,
so that we can check and then approve every page, and then you can start the
link building. Then every week we'll check your work through the report, check
the links and if it's all OK. If we'll find something wrong we'll ask you to
correct the problem. We think that it is the best option for you for the reason
that after we approve the list of the pages, you are sure that, after you put a
link on a page, we'll not ask you to put the link on another page, as we already approved all the pages.
2 - you can directly place the links, and every week we'll check your work as above.
ATTENTION: this way it could happen that we'll not approve the page where you placed
a link, because it doesn't comply with the requirements, as we were not able to firstly
check the list of the pages as in the first option.
IMPORTANT: no payment will be made until we'll check that all the backlinks and everything is
as per project requirements.
We will provide you the list of anchors and some sentences of about 4-5 lines to use in the link building. We can also provide you 4-5 articles to use for the article marketing and press realease sites.
