SEO Expert Wanted For Website Analysis, Report & Recommendations. Repeat Work - Review & Update Report Every 3 Months

We are looking for an SEO expert to complete and in-depth analysis and assessment of our website (onsite and offsite). We want a report on the findings, combined with an prioritised action plan for the steps needed to be taken to improve the website. The intention is for this to be reviewed every 3 months, so that we remain up to date with SEO best practice (the price bid for this job is for the initial report only, future reviews to be paid separately). We want someone who is at the cutting edge of SEO who can get into the details of what we are currently doing, what we can do better and the steps we need to take to achieve this. NOTE: we are not looking for someone to execute the action plan - this will be done in-house. We want the report/action plan only. We are also NOT looking for someone to simply use tools like SEMrush (or similar) to cut and paste reports (we already have access to these). We want a human review of what we are doing, and recommendations based on SEO best practice. Someone who is a genuine expert in SEO and can provide us with insights on how to improve our site, both immediately and with future quarterly updated reviews. The analysis/report should cover things like onsite structural and technical factors, keywords (including gaps, landing pages, etc.), content (including gaps and intent), external links & opportunities, competitor analysis, Google updates reviewed for impact, recommendations for best practice for future SEO strength, plus anything else that you think is relevant. Whatever we can do to improve rankings and increase visitors. NOTE: our website is not subject to a penalty, we currently rank well for most keywords. We are looking to optimise and not recover from a penalty.
