I’m building a new Australian-based brand and looking for a contract production partner to help craft heavy-duty fashion accessories. This is a unique opportunity to start in your own studio, take ownership of production, and find smart, creative solutions with challenging materials. You’ll help define how we make the products, delivering high-quality results while setting the standard for future growth. There’s strong potential for ongoing work and long-term collaboration as production scales. What you’ll do: Pattern making and heavy-duty sewing Operate multiple machines — walking foot, overlocker, sailmaker, etc. Manage production timelines to ensure deadlines are met Communicate clearly and respond promptly Develop practical workarounds with supplied materials Scale manufacturing processes as we grow What you need: Proven experience sewing heavy-duty materials, demonstrated by an initial sample Comfort using a variety of industrial machines and robust fabrics This is contract work with strong potential for ongoing, long-term opportunities as we grow.
