Making a SnapBack cap into a dad hat

I am looking to hire someone to turn my SnapBack cap into a dad hat, using cotton material and keeping the original color. I do not have a specific design in mind, so I am open to suggestions when it comes to the completed product. Whoever takes on the project needs to be creative and knowledgeable about working with various fabrics. I am eager to see the finished dad hat and am excited to take on this project!
