We are a new small business looking for a call center or BPO to provide exceptional customer support to our customers. At this time, we prefer shared support as our client base is small but with the right support team we will be able to grow faster.
1. Respond to customer questions/queries via our live chat system.
2. Sometimes customers order via messaging - you would need to go the respective restaurant or retail store’s website and place the order (all orders received via messaging automatically show up in our-easy-to-read database).
3. Ability and willingness to use Slack, skype and email.
4. 12 hours of shared support daily, 7 days a week. We get about 10-15 customer chats and 20 orders to be placed manually per day so workload is about 2 hours/day
Please give us a quote as a flat monthly fee for SHARED support as well if you will alternatively charged per order processed (in the past we have paid 2-4% commission per order processed).
