Help setup and train on SharePoint 360: copying a site, docs include links

Job Description:
Setting up a SharePoint site for testing and evaluation as doc mgmt system. We want to decide whether to use SharePoint as a basic document management system w/ Check In/Out, permissions, versioning etc. Full list of features available, but expert hired should know how to:

Word docs show location on SharePoint w/ links in header/footer
Short term goals include:
Annotation of each document footer with: directory path, doc name, date+time, and editor's initials/name by default.
A report function (tabular form?) that summarizes which documents were changed. The report would include doc name, date+time, editor name, directory path.
Archive of previous versions. Ex. each time a document is revised, prompt the user to decide whether to save the document as a copy, so the previous version of the document is retained for our records. Perhaps there is a more elegant way to achieve this result?
Track the changes that were made within the document(?)
