I would like to design and run a flow that sends an email to our new hires during their first two weeks, 90 and 180 days at our company.
the inputs is an xlsx file [name, email, hire date] uploaded to SharePoint [overwriting the previous file]
we will also need a log or other mechanism to keep track of who has been sent an email already, so we don't resend emails [ file or a SharePoint list]
the trigger for the event should be the upload of the [login to view URL]
anyone who matches the date criteria should be sent an email from a company internal account that contains a link to a Microsoft forms survey
