Client Wants to see user level data on the power BI report. I use USERPRINCIPLENAME() function to identify the user Email ID. So, i the Power BI desktop I tested with VIEW() as role option. It is working fine and it is filtering based on user Email. I published these reports into Power BI service. I can see these filtering user level only when I checked it as a test as role. Otherwise I can see all the information. But, basically my client wants to see the dashboard in the sharepoint with the user level security. I just published the Embed to sharepoint link in the sharepoint. But, there I can see whole dashboard. There is no user level security on that.
1)Is there any way that I can fix this problem?
2)We are moving to Azure, so, is there anyway that filter the data on the cloud and display in the dashboard that is published in the sharepoint?
