Have a sharepoint online site. In that site there is library called “Documents”. There are documents within that folder, and there are also subfolders which also have documents within them. We have multiple columns: Name = either the name of the subfolder, or the name of the document Modified Modify By Expiration Date = a manually created column, this date is manually populated via the metadata/details option for each document (or left blank) Owner = another manually created column, this is manually populated via the metadata/details option for each document. There are generally two separate, individual document owners listed against each. I need an automation created. This automation needs to: Automatically send an email to the document owners at a set number of days prior to the date in the expiration date column, for example, 45 days The email should include a link to the document in question This automation should run once a day The idea behind this automation is it will be used for contracts which are due for renewal and also policy documents which need reviewing. I need an automated process to trigger these emails to the owners.
