Project Overview We are seeking an experienced SharePoint developer/designer to rebuild our company’s SharePoint intranet into a modern, engaging, and highly functional global intranet & internet landing page. The new intranet should: Connect our business unit hubs into one unified experience. Consolidate search and news functionality across the organisation. Improve internal communications and employee engagement. Provide a consistent, company-wide browser landing page. Key Features Required A regularly updated global news section. Widget links to important company sites and tools (e.g., HiBob, ADP, Asana, TimeCamp). Full SharePoint ecosystem search, including nested (existing) BU SharePoint sites. A clean, user-friendly design that aligns with our branding. Scalable structure to accommodate future needs. About Us We are a global company with around 550 employees across multiple regions. Our current SharePoint intranet is functional but not optimised for usability, engagement, or global cohesion. This project aims to put all our employees “on the same page,” both figuratively and literally. What We’re Looking For Proven experience building and customising SharePoint Online intranets. Strong UI/UX skills to ensure the intranet is intuitive and visually appealing. Experience integrating third-party tools into SharePoint.
