Developer needed for a Shopify “coming soon” pre-launch page

I'm looking for a two-page "coming soon" pre-launch microsite for my Shopify store. I would like to replicate Harry's pre-launch campaign with my brand’s branding (see blog post, Ruby on rails app on github and pictures attached for reference).
Requirements:
1. first page is a simple coming soon page with my branding asking customers to enter in their email to be notified of the launch:
a. Email must be saved within Shopify’s backend system
2. second page takes them to a referral page where they'll receive a unique personalized code to share with their friends (via email, social, etc..) and be able to earn discounts or free products based on the number of verified referrals that sign up:
a. Verified referrals = new email entered in first page referred by unique code
b. Unique code needs to be automatically generated for each unique email entered and linked to the email already saved so we can track referrals
c. A tracker showing number of referrals as in the picture and milestone achieved should be shown for each user who participates
d. Hover over each milestone and see picture of potential prize if milestone reached
e. Easy to share with social buttons, would like to add share to instagram stories
f. To avoid potential fraud or duplicates, if two entries or more from same IP, block IP
g. Set up email validation
h. Allow microsite to be customized from Shopify’s backend
