Food Delivery Web Application using Shopify or other platform

You as Provider: have experience with Shopify and you know what I need and how to add this option to my site.
I need to add to my Existing Shopify Store delivery option:
OR you know other platform where we can transform my shopify site.
I use now Basic shopify store, & I need on existing App or other solution where I can ADD UNLIMITED LOCATIONS.
We have ONE kitchen from where we deliver cold cooked food to business and schools.
HERE is how it work:
1, Customer can only order from places where his location address is listed on our web site.
If address is not listed, than we don't deliver to the place.
We list addresses where we deliver, customer choose from address, / MULTIPLE CUSTOMER IN BUILDING CAN PLACE SEPARATE ORDER. Here customer fill in his name and room number.
We set minimum order as we need, like $10 per customer.
DELIVERY TIME: by address need to have option for customer to choose delivery window, that admin set as it needed. 3 options: morning 6am-8am, lunch 10am-12pm, dinner 5pm-7pm
Payment, every customer process own order and get confirmation.
Don't ask for more money: is COVID-19, many people need food, don't have income!!!
