We have a wholesale shopify website that i want to be behind the default password page. We have customized the look of the page but the functionality is native to Shopify. We have two issues currently that we need to resolve without editing the native functionality.
1) When i send out an email with a link to a product currently you will hit the password page. Enter password and it takes you to the home page. I need this to redirect to the actual product or URL that was originally clicked.
2) If possible i would like a way to issue a custom link that will auto login for those specific situations where I have a link on a password protected website for members only they can then link straight through without needing the site password but if they come back they will need it.
These changes or upgrades need to be documented so that they can be updated during theme upgrades.
