Shopify Expert Needed Multi-Store Redesign & Migration of Two Live Jewelry Stores (Turkey & International) About the Project We run a heritage jewelry brand on Shopify with two independent, separately hosted, live stores, one for Turkey and one for the international market, plus in-person retail (POS) sales across both markets. The two stores are not connected through Shopify Markets, they are two fully separate Shopify instances that currently carry the same theme framework and largely mirrored content, just localized (Turkish vs. English). This is a redesign and migration of two operating stores, not a new build. Everything currently live, products, content, reviews, rankings, needs to carry over into the new version. Before full redesign work begins, we need an expert to close the gaps in the current setup (POS reconciliation, tracking, app stack, and how the two catalogs relate to each other), then execute the redesign of both stores together on one shared timeline. We're looking for a true partner on this project, someone who can advise on structure, content, and user experience, not just execute instructions literally. A genuine sense of taste and judgment for fashion and jewelry brands matters as much as technical skill here. Project Approach • Both stores are rebuilt on one shared, premium template, not two separate designs. The same theme is configured and localized across Turkey and international. • The template itself is designed collaboratively with us. We're looking for a real design partner who proposes and iterates with us, not someone who waits for a finished spec. • World-class UX is the bar. Every part of the storefront, homepage, navigation, and product experience needs to feel like a premium fashion/jewelry brand, not a generic Shopify theme. • All new site copy will be written and provided by us. Your role is to implement it cleanly across both languages and make sure every page is fully SEO optimized, meta titles and descriptions, header structure, alt text, structured data, internal linking, and URL/redirect strategy, not to write the copy itself. • Full product migration for both catalogs is a core deliverable, not an afterthought. Every existing product, and its reviews, needs to carry over cleanly using the cross-store mapping built in the audit phase. • Existing SEO equity and rankings must be preserved through proper redirects and technical SEO hygiene as part of the migration, this is a hard requirement, not a nice to have. What's Already Known About the Current Setup • Two independent Shopify stores (Turkey and International), same Online Store 2.0 theme framework version, not Shopify Markets • Turkey: roughly 439 products / 840 variants. International: roughly 409 products / 803 variants • The two catalogs are not linked by handle or SKU today, only 4 handles match exactly between the two stores, so a mapping between equivalent products has to be built before any migration happens • Inventory locations: 2 on the Turkish store, 3 on the international store including a Portugal-based warehouse • Roughly half of Turkey's revenue currently comes through POS, not online, so POS reconciliation is core to this work, not a footnote • Apps currently installed: 31 on the Turkish store, 24 on the international store, 18 shared between them, with known overlap (two competing bundle apps on international, two overlapping email/popup tools on both) that needs auditing and consolidating rather than adding to • Known gaps to close: no GDPR consent management on the international store, no server-side tracking (GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversions API) on the international store, a Poor Largest Contentful Paint score on the Turkish store's current theme Scope, Three Phases Phase 1: Audit & Diagnosis • Document configuration parity between the two independent stores: domains, currencies, languages, taxes, and where the two setups diverge or overlap • Audit the POS integration across all inventory locations on both stores and how in-store sales reconcile with online order data • Review the tracking setup on both stores: GA4, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, deduplication, attribution window consistency, and how POS revenue is or isn't reflected in ad platform reporting. International currently has no serverside tracking at all, this needs to be built, not just audited • Audit the app stack on both stores and flag what should be consolidated or removed before rebuild • Build a product mapping between the two catalogs, since no reliable shared identifier currently links equivalent products across the two stores • Close the GDPR consent gap on the international store ahead of European ad traffic • Deliver a written report of findings, gaps, and a recommended path forward before full redesign work begins Phase 2: Full Site Redesign & Migration (both stores, one build) One premium template, designed together with us, then configured, branded, and deployed across both stores, this is not two independent projects. Both stores move through every stage on the same timeline, since stock, shipping, and fulfillment are shared between them, and both publish together once approved. • Foundation & Theme Setup: collaborative template design process with us, store configuration, theme build, full brand identity application (colors, typography, buttons, spacing, styling), global layout, header and footer, applied consistently across both stores • Storefront & Homepage: hero/banner, featured collections, product showcases, brand story, video section, Instagram feed, trust elements, newsletter signup, mega menu, responsive mobile navigation, built to a world-class UX standard, genuinely modern and dynamic, not a reskin of the current structure • Catalogue & Product Setup: a hero set of roughly 25 to 30 products, covering every category and material combination (rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, sets, in both gold and silver), fully rebuilt with new photography treatment. The remaining catalog (roughly 800 variants combined) migrated using the Phase 1 product mapping, ideally through Matrixify, already installed on the Turkish store. Collection functionality, site search, product page template with galleries, zoom, variants, reviews, recommendations, size guides, and stock messaging • Supporting Pages & Content: About, Contact, FAQ, Size Guide, Shipping & Returns, Privacy Policy/Terms, Store Locator, blog with starter posts, 404 page, Sale/Offers page, in both English and Turkish. All new copy is provided by us, your role is clean implementation plus full on-page SEO optimization of every page • Conversion & Customer Experience: live chat/chatbot, sticky add-to-cart, cart drawer, customer accounts, checkout branding, Instagram feed. Existing tools reviewed and carried forward where they work, overlapping tools consolidated per the Phase 1 app audit • SEO, Analytics & Launch Readiness: meta titles/descriptions, alt text, structured data, header hierarchy, internal linking, Search Console and GA4 setup, sitemap, full redirect mapping so current rankings and traffic carry over, payment/shipping/tax/currency review, multi-currency support, cross-browser testing, test orders, tracking and consent parity confirmed on both stores • Post-Launch Support: one month per store from go-live, troubleshooting within the agreed scope Phase 3: Ongoing Support (after launch) We also have an ongoing need beyond the redesign itself: weekly content and product updates, homepage and collection refreshes, and general day-to-day merchandising support across both stores. This continues on a monthly basis after the new site is live. Candidates open to this kind of ongoing relationship, not just a one-time build, are preferred. Timeline Our Meta Ads Europe launch is set for September 15 and runs independently of this redesign, on the current site with targeted fixes applied ahead of it. The redesign itself is built on a separate, unpublished version of each store while the current sites stay live, targeting a first live version (hero catalog, both stores) within about three to four weeks of kickoff, with the remaining catalog migrating in behind it. What We're Looking For • Proven Shopify expertise with multi-store setups specifically, this is two independent Shopify stores, not a Shopify Markets configuration • Real experience with bulk product migration (Matrixify or equivalent), this project involves migrating roughly 800 product variants using a mapping table, not manual entry • Strong tracking and analytics background: GA4, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, server-side tracking, deduplication • Hands-on SEO implementation skill, on-page SEO, structured data, redirect strategy, and preserving existing rankings through a migration, this is a hard requirement given the amount of existing organic traffic • Experience auditing and consolidating a Shopify app stack • GDPR/consent management setup experience • Real theme customization/development experience, not just app installs, and comfort designing a template collaboratively with a client rather than working from a finished spec • A genuine sense of taste and judgment for fashion, jewelry, or DTC brands, someone who can advise on what a jewelry brand's site actually needs and deliver world-class UX, not just execute instructions literally • Portfolio of similar ecommerce redesigns, ideally fashion, jewelry, or DTC, and ideally with experience delivering ongoing content or merchandising support post-launch We are prioritizing quality and genuine category understanding over the lowest bid.

Hello, I specialise in Shopify development, premium ecommerce redesigns, multi-store migrations, technical SEO, analytics, and conversion-focused user experience. Your two independent Shopify stores require careful coordination, and I can manage the audit, redesign, migration, and launch as one structured project. I will first audit both stores, POS configuration, applications, tracking, consent management, catalog relationships, and technical SEO. I will build the product mapping required for accurate migration and identify opportunities to consolidate the existing application stack. For the redesign, I will create one premium, responsive theme framework and localize it for Turkish and international storefronts. I will migrate products and reviews using Matrixify or an equivalent solution, implement your supplied content, optimize every page for search engines, and establish redirects to protect existing rankings. I will also configure analytics, Meta tracking, server-side tracking, structured data, consent management, testing, and launch readiness while preserving the current stores until approval. I am comfortable working with premium jewelry and fashion brands and can provide ongoing merchandising and development support after launch. Thank you for your time. Best regards,

Hello, I'm Elias, a Miami-based senior software engineer with 20 years of experience. I've specialized in e-commerce solutions, particularly Shopify, and I carefully reviewed your project regarding the redesign and migration of your two jewelry stores. Your main goal seems to be enhancing the customer experience while ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining SEO effectiveness. I have built similar e-commerce platforms and understand the intricacies involved. My focus areas include secure architecture, responsive design, and seamless integrations. For your project, I would approach it in the following phases: 1) Analyze your current setup and business requirements. 2) Design an intuitive user experience and system architecture. 3) Migrate data and develop core features while improving SEO. 4) Conduct thorough testing to ensure everything functions as intended. 5) Launch the new stores and provide ongoing support for adjustments. Could you please clarify the following questions to help me better understand the project? 1) What specific SEO strategies do you want to prioritize? 2) Are there any inventory management features you need that are currently lacking? 3) How do you envision the customer experience changing post-migration? I have successfully delivered similar projects, although most were completed under NDA, so I can't share them publicly. I’d be happy to discuss the architecture and features in detail. Additionally, I can ensure a future-proof design that allows for easy scalability as your business grows.

Two separate Shopify instances with mirrored but unmatched catalogs can go wrong very quickly if the mapping, redirects, and tracking layer are not solved before design starts. The right approach here is to treat Phase 1 as a real diagnostic pass, especially around POS revenue reconciliation, app consolidation, GDPR, and server-side Meta/GA4 setup, then move both stores through one coordinated redesign and launch path. Most Shopify freelancers can install a theme; fewer can protect existing rankings, migrate reviews/products properly, and keep attribution clean across markets. Your brief is also very brand-sensitive, so the UX work matters as much as the technical layer: navigation, merchandising blocks, product storytelling, mobile behavior, and template consistency need to feel considered, not copied from a generic fashion demo. I can also help flag which existing apps should be retained versus replaced before the rebuild starts. - Which review app is currently powering each store? - Do both stores need the same collection architecture in the new build, or do you want market-specific differences? - Have you already shortlisted a premium theme, or do you want recommendations based on jewelry/DTC UX?

✅ Hello, We’d start with Phase 1: audit the two separate Shopify stores, POS reconciliation, app overlap, GDPR/tracking gaps, and product mapping since only 4 handles match. For redesign, we’d use one premium OS 2.0 theme as the base, with custom sections/Liquid where jewelry UX needs more than settings. - Build one shared theme system, localized for Turkish and English. - Use Matrixify for mapped migration; avoid duplicate bundle/popup apps. - Rebuild hero products, collections, reviews, size guides, search. - Check payments, shipping, taxes, redirects, schema, LCP, GA4/CAPI. Webcapitan is a Ukrainian studio, Preferred Freelancer, with 8+ years and 580+ five-star reviews. 1. Are both stores staying fully separate, or should any Markets/ERP/POS bridge be considered? 2. Which review, email, consent, and bundle apps are must-keep? Please let me know your thoughts. Looking forward, Roman

Hi, Two live stores with real POS revenue, mismatched catalogs, and no shared identifier between them, that's a migration problem before it's ever a design problem. The fact that only 4 handles match across 439 and 409 products means the mapping work has to be airtight before Matrixify touches anything, otherwise reviews and rankings won't carry over cleanly. I'd start Phase 1 exactly where you've outlined: documenting configuration parity, auditing POS reconciliation across all 5 inventory locations, and building the server-side tracking on international from scratch since there's currently none. The GDPR gap needs closing before the Meta Ads Europe push too, that's timeline-sensitive on its own. For the redesign, one shared premium template configured across both markets makes sense given your fulfillment is shared. I'd want to be genuinely collaborative on the design direction rather than waiting on a finished spec, especially with a hero catalog of 25-30 products getting new photography treatment while the rest migrates in behind it using the Phase 1 mapping. A few things I'd want to align on early: 1. Who owns final say on the template direction once we're iterating, you or a design lead on your side? 2. For the app audit, is consolidation authority mine to recommend, or does everything route through you first? 3. Any preference on Matrixify workflow, staged batches or full catalog in one pass? Hello. Experienced Shopify developer here with 9+ years of hands-on experience, I can assist you in auditing, redesigning, and migrating your two live jewelry stores onto one shared premium template while preserving SEO equity and reconciling POS data. To proceed further, I kindly request the following information: 1. Is Matrixify already configured with export/import mapping fields on the Turkish store, or just installed? 2. Which POS system (Shopify POS or third-party) is being used across both markets? 3. Do you have existing GA4/Meta Pixel access on the Turkish store for reference during the international setup? 4. Are the 25-30 hero products for Phase 2 already identified, or should that selection happen during the audit? Please initiate a chat so we can discuss the project thoroughly. I look forward to collaborating with you on delivering a world-class, unified experience across both markets.

Hi there, Your brief is clear: two live Shopify stores, one premium rebuild, and zero room for losing SEO, POS accuracy, or product history. That hidden risk is usually the catalog logic and tracking stack, not the design itself, and I’d approach this as a structured audit first, then a clean migration. I’ve worked on Shopify rebuilds, Matrixify migrations, app-stack cleanup, GA4/Meta tracking, and technical SEO for multi-language ecommerce stores, including preserving rankings through redirects and disciplined data mapping. I can help close the current gaps in POS reconciliation, consent, and server-side tracking, then implement both stores on a shared theme with consistent UX and localized details. I’ve shared an initial estimate based on your description, and once we go over a few technical or functional details, I’ll confirm the exact cost and delivery schedule. What is your preferred approach for the product mapping audit: SKU-based where possible, or a manual equivalence matrix by variant/material? I’d also like to confirm how you want equivalent products matched across both catalogs, and whether reviews should be migrated 1:1 or selectively by collection. What is your preferred approach for the product mapping audit: SKU-based where possible, or a manual equivalence matrix by variant/material? Looking forward to your reply so we can finalize the exact plan. Best regards, Asad

For the product migration and cross-store mapping, do you already have a source-of-truth spreadsheet/database for matching the Turkey and International products, or should I build the mapping from the two Shopify catalogs? Also, should product IDs/SKUs, reviews, order history, customer accounts, and historical SEO URLs all be preserved exactly where technically possible? For the tracking, POS, and GDPR setup, could you share the current app/integration list and analytics configuration for both stores so I can assess what can be consolidated before the rebuild? In particular, which POS system, GA4/GTM setup, Meta Pixel/CAPI implementation, and consent-management platform are currently being used, and are there any third-party systems that must remain connected after launch?

Hi, I reviewed the project and understand you need a multi-store Shopify redesign plus migration for two independent jewelry stores, preserving products, reviews, and SEO equity. I’ll handle Shopify Development for both stores on one shared premium template, implementing SEO and Analytics requirements end-to-end: meta titles/descriptions, header structure, alt text, structured data, internal linking, and a robust URL/redirect strategy. I’ll also build the product mapping for catalog migration and ensure Matrixify-based bulk migration carries everything cleanly. I’ll keep the setup tidy with careful app stack auditing, POS reconciliation support, and accurate tracking with Analytics parity. Let’s discuss here now.

Hello, Truong here. "PREMIUM SHOPIFY JEWELRY MIGRATION" — you need two live Shopify stores redesigned on one premium framework while protecting products, reviews, SEO rankings, tracking, inventory, and POS operations. I’d first audit both stores, build the Turkey↔International product mapping, clean the app stack, and establish the migration/redirect plan. Then I’d build one reusable premium OS 2.0 theme and localize it across both stores, using Matrixify for the catalog migration and carefully validating SEO, analytics, consent, checkout, POS, and mobile UX before launch. Can you share the project PDF and current theme access/details so I can confirm the full migration scope and Phase 1 priorities? Looking forward to work with you

Hi, Mateo here, from Toronto. The real risk in this project isn't the redesign, it's that two stores with only 4 matching handles between 848 combined products have never had a shared identity, so before any theme work starts, the product mapping has to become the single source of truth both catalogs migrate against, get that wrong and you carry two stores' worth of SEO equity and reviews into a rebuild with broken product-to-product relationships that are painful to untangle after launch. Given the scope and your own three-phase structure, Phase 1 is exactly where I'd want to start, POS reconciliation across all five inventory locations, the app stack audit to consolidate those overlapping bundle and popup tools rather than adding to them, server-side tracking built fresh on international since none exists today, and the actual product mapping table that Phase 2's Matrixify migration depends on entirely. Given the September 15 Meta Ads launch runs independently on the current site, are there specific tracking or consent fixes from Phase 1 that need to land before that date, separate from the redesign timeline? Looking forward to working with you.
