I would like to hire a Shopify Developer

Functional changes this shop is imagined to be a promotional products site so basicaly it will be b2b platform. there are 2 things we would like to do: 1. make this shopify site like an email inquiry platform - clients could browse the site, pick as many products as they want, put it in a cart but instead of check out button there would be send an inquiry button. of course there needs to be a custom form for the client to fill (name, last name, company name, VAT nr, etc...) in order for inquiry to be valid, and after the lets say "checkout" or sent inquiry we would get an inquiry with all the necessary information and the client would get confirmation with the message thanks for the inquiry, we will get back to you with the official offer in the shortest time (something like that) 2. because of the specificity of this industry where clients in almost every case want their logo to be printed on chosen products we need in that custom form that they need to fill during the "checkout" an area for the logo upload and their comments regarding the position, number of colours for print etc... - basicaly when we get all of those information from them we could calculate the exact price and send them offer please let me know if this is possible and what would the price be for it? ty and br dejan
