I have a website that uses the ShopperPress shopping cart http://www.shopperpress.com. Otherwise known as PremiumPress. It is a wordpress shopping cart. The theme was purchased from [url removed, login to view]
Anyway, my website is already set up and installed on my domain [url removed, login to view] and I am using [url removed, login to view] as my payment processor.
Their are three main problems I am having with the script that I needed help with.
1. The call back URL doesn't seemed to be working properly.
I am using this call back URL with my [url removed, login to view] account:
[url removed, login to view]
The product ID, dollar amount, and successful purchase values are supposed be passed back to [url removed, login to view] from [url removed, login to view] but when the customer is redirected to my website. Unfortunately the only thing that is displayed is a canceled order message. I am not sure why this is.
2. The customer is also not receiving email notifications after placing an order.
3. For some reason when searching through the Shopper Press Order History in my Wordpress admin for my website the orders are not listed in chronological order.
This seems very strange that their not listed chronologically and I am not sure why it is displaying that way.
Anyway if you have any experience with the ShopperPress/PremiumPress shopping cart script I would greatly appreciate your help.
It probably wouldn't be too difficult of a fix for someone who has already used this shopping cart software before and might have ran into similar issues.
Please let me know if you think you can help me and whether you have had experience with ShopperPress before.
