مرحبًا، المضخِّم التشغيلي (Op-Amp) ما يصير مفهوم وفعّال فعليًا إلا لما تقدر تبنيه من الصفر على مستوى الترانزستورات، وبعدها تتحقق منه في المحاكاة بقياسات حقيقية مثل: الكسب (Gain)، عرض الحزمة مع الكسب (GBW)، معدل تغيّر الإشارة (Slew Rate)، نسبة رفض الإشارة المشتركة (CMRR)، نسبة رفض تموّج التغذية (PSRR)، والاستقرار (Stability). اللي أقدر أقدمه لك كمهندس إلكترونيات بخبرة أكثر من 8 سنوات هو شرح كامل خطوة بخطوة لدوائر الـ Op-Amp، ثم تنفيذها من الصفر باستخدام ترانزستورات (BJT أو MOSFET)، وبناؤها في برنامج محاكاة، والتأكد من أدائها عن طريق دوائر اختبار (Testbenches) مناسبة. وعلى فكرة، أنا سبق وصمّمت دائرة منطق SAR بثمانية بت (Successive Approximation Register)، وهذا كان يحتاج منطق تحكّم دقيق حول المقارن (Comparator) وتبديل بتوقيت حساس جدًا—فأنا مرتاح جدًا في ربط سلوك الترانزستورات على مستوى الجهاز بالتطبيق العملي والتحقق في الدوائر المختلطة (Analog + Digital).
