I need a detailed mold-flow study on several mechanical parts that will be injection-molded in PC reinforced with 20 % and 10 % glass. The purpose of the simulation is to confirm that the mold design can meet our cycle-time targets and quality requirements by optimising fill time, minimising pressure drop, and improving cooling efficiency. Material data sheets for both glass-filled PC grades are ready, along with STEP files of the parts and a preliminary two-plate mold layout. You may work in Autodesk Moldflow, Moldex3D, or a comparable professional package as long as the native project files are returned with the report. Deliverables I expect • Complete simulation files (runnable in the chosen software) • PDF summary that covers fill-time plots, pressure curves, cooling maps, and recommended gate, runner, and cooling channel changes • A brief written set of actionable design tweaks that align with standard DFM guidelines The analysis will be reviewed internally by our tooling engineer, so clarity and traceability of your settings are essential.
