I am an MS Access Specialist and have much experience with adding email functionality to Access Systems. There is a diffeence to the process depending on the email API to be used. In most instance, I would generate a PDF and attach that to an email formated as required. It is also possible to send bulk emails, but one needs to be carefull of the timing between each eamil or your email address gets tagged as a SPAMER and therfore blocked by many email servers etc. I have vast experience in the process you have described.
