# Adult Creator Sourcing & Outreach Specialist – Chaturbate ## Project Overview We are looking for an experienced **creator sourcing and outreach specialist** to help our creator-management agency identify and approach suitable creators on Chaturbate and related social platforms. **This is NOT a standard lead-generation or list-building project.** We are looking for someone who can **research, qualify, personally approach, and identify creators who are genuinely interested in discussing agency representation.** ## What We Need For the initial test, we are looking for **qualified US-based adult creators who are 18+**, active on Chaturbate, have active social-media profiles, and show strong potential based on their activity and audience engagement. The ideal prospect should: * Be 18+ * Be US-based * Be an active Chaturbate creator * Have an active social-media presence * Show consistent activity and audience engagement * Be open to discussing professional creator representation * Have been personally contacted and shown genuine interest in speaking with our agency ## Your Responsibilities You will: 1. Research suitable creators on Chaturbate and relevant social platforms. 2. Qualify prospects according to our criteria. 3. Verify publicly available information. 4. Conduct personalized, professional outreach. 5. Follow up appropriately when necessary. 6. Identify creators who express genuine interest in discussing representation. 7. Document the outreach and response. 8. Submit qualified, interested prospects to us for the next conversation. ## Important **We do NOT want a spreadsheet of random profiles.** A prospect only counts as qualified when they meet the agreed criteria **and have expressed genuine interest in speaking with the agency.** Quality is significantly more important than the number of profiles submitted. We do not expect you to close the creator or negotiate a contract. Your responsibility is to create a **qualified, warm introduction**. Our agency will handle the subsequent conversation, terms and onboarding. ## Deliverables For each qualified prospect, provide: * Creator name/username * Chaturbate profile URL * Relevant social-media profile URLs * Publicly available business contact information, where available * Audience/activity observations * Qualification notes * Brief summary of the outreach * Confirmation of the creator's expressed interest Only publicly available information should be used. No passwords, account access or private personal information is required. ## Ideal Freelancer We strongly prefer applicants with experience in: * Creator/influencer sourcing * Talent recruitment * Chaturbate or similar livestreaming platforms * Social-media outreach * Lead qualification * Cold/warm outreach * Recruitment or appointment setting **Previous experience with creator or adult-industry outreach is a strong advantage.** ## Initial Test We would like to start with a **small paid test** before committing to a larger batch. Please include in your proposal: 1. Your experience with creator/talent sourcing. 2. Whether you've worked with Chaturbate or similar platforms. 3. Your approach to finding and approaching suitable creators. 4. Approximately how many prospects you would expect to contact to generate one genuinely interested prospect. 5. Your proposed price for the initial test. 6. An example of a similar outreach/recruitment project you've completed. We are looking for someone who can potentially continue working with us long-term if the initial test is successful. **Please do not apply if your experience is limited to simply collecting lists of profiles.
