We are looking for a highly capable: Growth & Brand Operations Lead to work directly with the founder and become: the operational second brain of the brand. This is NOT a generic: • social media manager, • content creator, • junior marketing, • or agency coordination role. This is a high-ownership execution role intended for someone capable of helping build and operationally scale a premium founder-led D2C brand. ________________________________________ Role Overview You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the operational execution layer across: • performance marketing, • influencer ecosystem, • social media operations, • deployment, • launch coordination, • vendor management, • Shopify coordination, • and overall growth execution. The founder will continue to lead: • brand philosophy, • campaign direction, • creative vision, • positioning, • and final approvals. Your role is to: ensure everything moves properly, consistently, and professionally. ________________________________________ Core Responsibilities 1. Performance Marketing Execution • Manage Meta Ads execution and optimization • Coordinate Google Ads deployment • Monitor campaign performance • Manage targeting / retargeting structures • Coordinate creative deployment for ads • Maintain campaign dashboards and reporting • Track CAC / ROAS / performance movement • Optimize campaigns operationally ________________________________________ 2. Influencer & Creator Ecosystem Ownership • Identify and coordinate relevant creators/influencers • Manage creator communication and onboarding • Coordinate timelines, briefs and deliverables • Track creator posting schedules • Ensure creator alignment with brand direction • Build and maintain creator databases/systems ________________________________________ 3. Social Media & Community Management • Manage daily social media operations • Handle post scheduling and deployment • Maintain content calendars • Coordinate story sequencing and rollout • Manage DMs and community interactions • Ensure consistency across Meta handles • Coordinate campaign rollouts operationally ________________________________________ 4. Launch & Campaign Coordination • Coordinate launch timelines and execution • Track deliverables across teams/vendors • Ensure campaign readiness and deployment discipline • Maintain execution trackers and launch calendars • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders ________________________________________ 5. Shopify & Website Coordination • Coordinate with Shopify developers/vendors • Track website updates and deployment • Coordinate landing pages and launch readiness • Ensure operational smoothness across the website ecosystem ________________________________________ 6. Vendor & Production Coordination • Coordinate with creative studios, photographers, editors and external vendors • Ensure content delivery timelines are maintained • Organize execution flow between stakeholders • Ensure assets are deployment-ready ________________________________________ Important Clarification This role is NOT: • a passive coordination role, • a “strategy only” role, • or a low-ownership support role.
