You’ll take over Facebook and Instagram management through Meta Business Suite—scheduling posts from the content calendar I provide, answering public comments and DMs in our upbeat brand voice, and sending me a brief weekly snapshot of reach, engagement, and any ideas you spot for improvement. At the same time, you’ll watch our shared Gmail inbox, respond to routine questions with the template replies I’ll share, and flag refund or technical requests so I can jump in when needed. Every message should receive a friendly, accurate reply within 24 hours. Current workload is around one to two hours a day, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to grow.
