I run an audio series website and I’m looking for one dedicated social media manager who knows how to grab attention, pull audience, and convert views into app downloads. And also should create five fan channels. Publishing the same content by little editing. This is a long-term role, not a short gig. If you plan to disappear mid-way, this is not for you. What You’ll Do Upload and manage short videos (Reels / Shorts) across platforms Guide the video editor on how to structure videos that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds Suggest ideas, trends, hooks, captions, and CTAs Focus on story-based content that pushes people to visit the website and download the app Analyze what works and double down on it One goal only: bring real audience and paid users Content Type Short videos (up to 1 minute) Story promos, cliffhangers, emotional hooks Content made to convert viewers into listeners Payment Structure (Performance-Based) This is not a fixed salary job. You earn based on results. 1. Views-Based Pay Payment will be given based on genuine, organic views. 2. Commission on Paid Downloads You’ll get 20% commission for every paid download that comes through your content. 3. Script Writing (Optional) If you provide scripts for the video editor: ₹700 for 10 short-video scripts Each script is for a 1-minute promo video Important Conditions This is a long-term collaboration You must be consistent and responsible No fake engagement or shortcuts You should understand audience psychology and storytelling Experience with Instagram and YouTube Shorts is a big plus Who This Is For People who understand how content goes viral People who think like an audience, not like a company People who want to grow with a startup and earn more as results grow
