I need an organised, self-directed assistant who can jump straight into our small team’s tech stack and keep things moving without constant hand-holding. First, I want you to create and fully optimise our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts—branding, bios, profile images, basic security settings and any essential Business/Creator settings so they are ready for content and ads. Once those profiles are live, you will maintain them: update details when asked, grant roles to team members and make sure login credentials stay secure. Inside HubSpot you will take ownership of: • Importing and segmenting contacts so our lists are always clean • Building and scheduling email campaigns that match existing templates and brand guidelines • Checking analytics, flagging any anomalies and exporting simple reports for me each week On the office-admin side you’ll keep my calendar under control (mostly client calls and internal stand-ups) and tidy up cloud folders so proposals, invoices and briefs never go missing. Speed and accuracy matter more to me than fancy formatting—I just want tasks handled quickly and correctly. You will have access to Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Google Workspace and a shared password manager. Clear written updates at the end of each day are essential, but beyond that you are free to work the hours that suit you as long as deadlines are met. If you are comfortable setting up the three social channels, managing contacts, campaigns and analytics inside HubSpot, and handling appointment scheduling plus document organisation with minimal supervision, I’m ready to start right away.
