URGENT: Designer / Video Editor / Social Producer Needed (15+ hours per week - ongoing)

We are building a venture studio running multiple projects in parallel. We need someone who can create striking visuals, edit short-form video with compelling hooks, and repurpose source content into baseline social posts across multiple brands. Responsibilities: - FIGMA/ILLUSTRATOR etc (NOT Canva) templates. - Social media graphics. - Carousels. - Lead magnets. - Landing page graphics. - Reels. - Short-form videos. - Thumbnail creation. - Baseline social post creation and scheduling. - Repurposing blog and email content into social assets. Weekly deliverables: - Graphic batches. - Video batches. - Social post batches. - Content asset sets for multiple projects.
