Hi, I need urgent help for student project. Artisan details i will be sharing it The students will give an Operational Review: o Detailed log of the 4-6 week sales phase (e.g., dates, channels used like pop-up market, online, campus event). o Review of marketing campaigns, inventory management, and a discussion of key challenges and successes. The students will give a detailed Full Financial Accounting o Seed Capital Reconciliation: Clear evidence (e.g., transaction record) of the repayment of the initial seed capital. o Revenue Statement: Total sales revenue generated. o Cost of Goods Sold (COGS): Total amount paid to artisans for all inventory purchases. o Operating Expenses: All recorded marketing, travel, and miscellaneous expenses. o Net Profit Calculation: The final profit remaining after subtracting COGS and Operating Expenses from Revenue. Students will give CSR & Profit Disbursement: o Detailed evidence of how the Net Profit was divided and distributed. o Must show that the agreed-upon majority was ethically passed back to the artisans and/or community. o Proof of Disbursement (e.g., receipt, bank transfer record, signed acknowledgment) is mandatory. The group may keep 20% of the total revenue for its own operational overhead/administrative costs. o Ethical Review: Analysis of the fairness and sustainability of the profit share model and the long-term potential of the ethical commerce approach. o The students will be putting all their efforts on social media followed by a precise presentation.
