Real Votes Needed for Online Contest - No Bots

I need real votes for an online contest that runs for the next two weeks. Each vote will need to be from a separate IP address and a separate underlying email address. Voters can vote multiple times, but ONLY one time each day. The voting requires that the voter activate his or her vote by clicking on a link included in a confirmatory email sent to the voter's email address (double opt-in).

I need approximately 1,000 votes per day during the course of the contest over the next two weeks.

The payment will be held in escrow until the end of the contest after verification of the approximately 1,000 per day votes.
