Web Ebay Listing Script using ebay API in ASP

Looking for a freelancer to create a script that will use the eBay API to list an item to eBay. Program must be able to do exactly the same as the eBay Sell feature on their website but independent using the eBay API. We have a SQL database that will use your script to populate our data into this for uploading to several different accounts. Script must be bare-bones as possible. Not looking for looks but rather efficiency. If you are unfamiliar with eBay do not bid. The script must look like and act like the advance selling feature on the eBay website. Looking to do this on all one html asp page. Must be written in vbscript asp code. Do not worry about the sql queries, that will be taken care of on my end.
