An Asterisk PBX integration to SugarCRM to support the following scenario.
An agent uses her registered SIP (#0) device for an outbound call.
Upon her successful call (Total Duration > N seconds (#1) ) Asterisk PBX looks up the callerid in sugarcrm (added field name in User #2)
It also looks up for the MSISDN (telephone number) in sugarcrm (Leads,Contacts,Accounts ...#3)
Finally the module should create a Call into SugarCRM based on related Phone Number (one of all the phones registered for a Lead/Contact/Account)
- Call Status should change to Held
- Start Date and Time should change to the one registered in Asterisk converted to the CRM Timezone.
- Direction should be Outbound
- Relation should be changed to the one related to the telephone number
#0 - SIP Device as registered into Asterisk PBX
#1 - Minimum Call Duration to register
#2 - SugarCRM module field name (Text 255)
#3 - A list of standard well known field names to look for phone numbers
#4 - A list of Objects/Tables to look in (Lead/Account/Contact/XXX )
